at Maharajgunj, they discussed about the formation of a national consensus
government and its leadership.
Thakur
said that they discussed about the formation of a national consensus government
as per the announcement of the President.
On
the occasion, Thakur had demanded the view of NC towards Madhes and Koirala had
urged Thakur to help NC for the leadership of a national consensus government.
Koirala
and Thakur held the meeting after the announcement of the President on November
23 for the formation of a national consensus government by declaring a deadline
for November 29.
Major
political parties could not expedite meetings and talks among them while three
days have already been passed after the President's call.
The
UCPN-Maoist has already said that the announcement of the President was
unconstitutional and the government has also termed the announcement as
unconstitutional by holding a meeting of the Council of Ministers.
