New govt. under CJ, way out of current political crisis: Bogati

Kathmandu, Feb. 10: General Secretary of the Unified CPN (Maoist), Posta Bahadur Bogati, said forming the government under the Chief Justice was discussed in the Seventh General Convention of the party.
Speaking at an interaction organized by the Reporters Club Nepal here today, he said the agenda to form the election government under the Chief Justice was the party's decision rather than the UCPN-Maoist Chairman's personal opinion.
Bogati, who is also the Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation, said, "The UCPN-Maoist proposed Chief Justice as the candidate of Prime Minister for the election government, as all the political parties have faith and trust in him but if the opposition parties bring better alternative to him, the UCPN-Maoist is ready to discuss for that option as well."
The UCPN-Maoist General Secretary said the General Convention has synthesized the course of action, adding that his party would take new course of action for socialist revolution to complete the agendas of the people's revolution and that the party has decided to write the new constitution from the Constituent Assembly.
Stressing on agricultural production for people's economic growth, the party has prepared a policy to promote the production relations with the farmers in a new manner.
